What $50,000 buys.

One program or service line, up to two vendor relationships, and up to 15 participants.

Includes

  • Recovery diagnostic and executive action plan
  • A configured vendor and delivery accountability system
  • Applied workshops, coaching, guided reviews, and sustainment handover

Additional teams, vendor relationships, integrations, and rollout requirements are scoped separately.

Who it is for

COOs, VPs of Operations, and heads of service delivery, PMO, or vendor management with a live delivery or vendor-accountability problem: scorecards nobody uses, reviews without decisions, and escalations without owners.

What changes by week 12. Your managers run reviews with a live scorecard, critical actions have one owner and a due date, escalations follow agreed rules, and executives receive reporting built for decisions. Your team keeps the tools and the playbook.

How the twelve weeks run.

The engagement follows the Clarevon G.A.P. Method™. Each stage produces something your team uses the next week.

Weeks 1 to 3

Assess

Charter and diagnostic

Executive kickoff and success charter. Six stakeholder interviews, an artifact and data review, a baseline scorecard, a breakdown map, and five prioritized interventions.

Weeks 2 to 5

Design

Action plan and system

A 90-day executive action plan with owners, decision rights, escalation rules, and a metric dictionary. We configure the accountability system in a tool you already use.

Weeks 4 to 10

Activate

Workshops and coaching

Three applied two-hour workshops on live work, four group coaching clinics, and the first two operational reviews facilitated with your team.

Weeks 11 to 12

Sustain

Results and handover

Baseline comparison and adoption assessment, a 60-day sustainment plan with named owners, a sponsor readout, and your internal-use playbook.

The system your team keeps.

  • Action and recovery tracker
  • Risk, issue, and dependency register
  • Vendor scorecard and review agenda
  • Decision and escalation log
  • Executive dashboard
  • Participant workbook, quick-reference guides, and operating playbook

Tools are configured and populated with your available data, not handed over as blank templates.

How results are measured.

At kickoff we agree with your sponsor on one primary operational outcome and two or three adoption measures, with baselines, data sources, and owners. Examples include overdue critical actions, decision turnaround time, and the share of reviews held with a scorecard.

Clarevon commits to the outputs and activities in the scope. Operational results also depend on sponsor decisions, data access, participation, and vendor cooperation, so we report what changed honestly at the close.

Other scopes.

These are alternatives, not a required sequence. If you start smaller and expand, we price only the new work.
