Diagnose and lead
Assessment and fractional leadership.
When a critical program is slipping, Clarevon finds the root breakdowns, builds a recovery plan your executives can act on, and can step in as your senior program leader.
Discuss your delivery challengeWhen to call us.
The buyer is usually a COO or VP of Operations. The problem owner is often a delivery, PMO, or program director who has run out of internal options.
- Milestones keep moving, and the explanation changes every status meeting.
- A program has lost an owner, or has too many owners and no decisions.
- Escalations reach executives before anyone below them can act.
- A vendor or partner is underdelivering and nobody can prove it with data.
- Leadership needs an independent view before committing more budget.
Ways to engage.
Most clients start with the Assessment. It gives you an independent diagnosis whether or not Clarevon leads what comes next.
Program Health and Recovery Assessment
An independent diagnosis of one program and a recovery roadmap your executives can act on.
- 6 to 10 stakeholder interviews across the sponsor, program team, and key vendors
- Review of the plan, schedule, RAID log, budget, status reporting, and governance
- Health scorecard across scope, schedule, budget, risk, alignment, vendor performance, and governance
- Written findings memo with a 30/60/90-day recovery roadmap
- 60-minute executive readout
The full fee is credited toward a Fractional Program Director engagement signed within 30 days of the readout.
Vendor and Delivery Performance Accelerator
When the diagnosis calls for installing the fix, the flagship engagement combines diagnosis, governance setup, and leadership enablement for one program or service line. A Focused Program and Vendor Reset starts at $25,000 for a single vendor or workstream. See the engagement and its scope.
Fractional Program Director
Senior program ownership without a permanent executive hire, at about two days a week.
- Owns the program plan, dependencies, and recovery cadence
- Runs governance and vendor reviews and drives decisions to closure
- Manages escalations and reports to your executive sponsor
- Coaches your internal leads so ownership stays when we step back
Billed monthly with a 3-month minimum term. Higher-commitment arrangements are quoted on request. The $7,500 Assessment fee is credited toward this engagement when signed within 30 days of the readout.
Vendor and Delivery Accountability
Our core specialty. Scorecards, SLA and KPI governance, escalation frameworks, and review cadences that make outsourcing partners measurable and accountable. For a full installed system with team coaching, see Vendor and Delivery Performance Accelerator.
A good fit when
- The program is important enough that executives are watching it
- You can name a sponsor with authority to make decisions
- The breakdown involves people, handoffs, governance, or vendors
- You want the fix installed, not just reported
Not the right fit when
- You need specialist engineering or technical architecture work
- You need legal review of vendor contracts
- The program has no sponsor and no budget decision is coming
Where a scope needs legal, security, or data specialists, Clarevon brings in partners and names them in the statement of work.
